How do I place an order on Am2pm.pk?
This is very simple to post order on Am2pm.pk. Simply chose the product you are interested, add to cart and simply checkout to place your order. You just have to provide your contact detail (phone number and email) to process the order.
Do you take orders over phone?
Yes you can call us directly and our sales person will try to meet your demands.
How can I track the status of my order?
You can simply login and see the order detail along with current status. Also we have dedicated staff for this purpose who will keep sending you updated emails and calls.
What about Order Cancellation?
You can cancel your order till we do not process it. To avoid any confusion we will call you before formally place order to our USA Merchants. After login you can cancel your order by using the cancellation button. If you can’t see this button its mean order already placed and on its way to Pakistan.
How are you going to refund me, what are all options?
Since we are importing products from outside Pakistan so we have very limited options of refund but will do the 100% refund in the following options only
- Order has not processed from Am2pm.pk
- You will not get what you have ordered
How much time will it take to get my refund?
We will make refund the money within 7 days of cancellation of order.
In how many Days I can change my order?
Order cancellation and order change process is same so if you can cancel your order its mean you can change your order as well. You can call directly to us for this purpose.
Any Warranties?
Since we are importing products from outside Pakistan so we do not offer any king of warranties. We will not provide any kind of technical support so before order fully understand the product and its purpose.

We are offering Cash on Delivery or COD to get more confidence of our customer so customer can pay at the door step once they have the product in their hand. We are offering COD on the order less then 3000 Pak Rs. Note cash on delivery (COD) option is not available on Apparel items.
